Support Programmes

Right to Write supplies tailored programmes of support in the workplace or at our premises to enable each client to learn strategies that minimise the impact of their disability and maximise their skills and potential, and therefore value to their employer.

As part of our service we are able to help manager and colleagues, potential employees or family members understand the affects of the disability on the client's work and relationships.

A Tailored Strategies programme is a one to one support programme, usually delivered in the workplace to help employees develop and implement strategies that minimise the effect of their disability and allows them to maximise their abilities. This service is available through the UK.

A Work Preparation programme is designed for those seeking work, it addresses issues such as confidence and key skills deficits, again this is a tailored one to one programme and is available through the Disability Employment Advisor in the Jobcentre. We hold contracts to deliver this service in the West Midlands, East of England and the South East.
